Welcome to Holiday Club Canarias
Thank you for choosing us for your holiday. Our goal is for you to enjoy the best moment of your life with us. To ensure a pleasant stay for all our guests, we kindly ask you to follow the rules below, always set from a place of respect and hospitality.
General Rules:
- Guest Identification: Only those who have completed check-in, presented valid ID (passport or national ID), and signed the registration form will be considered official guests of the resort.
- Visitors: For security and comfort reasons, external visitors are not allowed in rooms or shared facilities (pool, solarium, etc.).
- Timetable: Rooms are available from 16:00 on arrival day and must be vacated by 11:00 on departure day. Late check-outs may incur an additional night’s charge.
- Parking: The resort is not responsible for any damage to or theft from vehicles parked on the premises.
- Guest Conduct: Guests are expected to speak in a moderate tone and ensure their children do not disturb other guests. Any damage caused intentionally or by negligence to resort property will be charged to the guest.
- No Parties Allowed: Parties or celebrations in rooms or shared spaces are not permitted.
- The Resort is not responsible for any belongings left in public areas of the property, nor for items left inside the rooms after check-out.
- Lost & Found: Lost items will be kept for up to 30 days. Shipping costs are borne by the guest. After that period, items will be handed over to the local police.
- The guest agrees to return any item belonging to the Resort that has been loaned to them, in the same condition in which it was received. Otherwise, the guest will be responsible for covering the cost of repair or, if applicable, the total or partial replacement of the item. The final amount will be determined at the discretion of the Complex.
- Management accepts no responsibility for the loss of jewelry, money, documents, or any other valuables kept in the rooms, as a safe is provided for their custody.
- Guests who display aggressive, threatening, or disrespectful behavior of any kind—towards staff or other guests—or who are using drugs, narcotics, or psychotropic substances, or show symptoms of having consumed them, as well as those who exhibit signs or behavior of being under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or similar substances, may be asked to leave the Resort immediately and, if applicable, reported to the competent authorities. The Resort reserves the right of admission.
- Smoking is prohibited inside the rooms and in the common areas of the Resort, except in outdoor areas (RD.42/2010 of December 30). However, in outdoor common areas smoking is only allowed in designated places. Each Resort has a smoking area, located near the pool and marked with a green sign. In case of non-compliance, Management reserves the right to apply an additional charge of €100.00 for washing and dry-cleaning of curtains, blankets, and other items.
- The use of towels for purposes other than their intended use (bathroom floor, facial cleansing, scrubbing, shoe cleaning, etc.) is strictly prohibited. Misuse of towels will incur an additional charge.
- Maximum Occupancy: The number of guests per room must not exceed the limit stated in the reservation.
- Appropriate clothing must be worn throughout the Complex. Swimwear is not permitted in the reception, offices, or similar areas.
- Sunbed Use: Reserving sunbeds without using them is not allowed. Sunbeds may only be used while using the pool.
- Hanging Items: Hanging clothes or other items on balcony railings visible from the outside is not permitted.
- Unforeseen Issues: Any situation not covered by these rules will be resolved by resort management.
Deposits:
1. A €100 deposit will be required at check-in to cover any potential damages. This is a pre-authorization (temporary hold) on your credit card. The amount will be automatically released within 7 days after check-out, if no damages have been detected.
2. Pool Towel Deposit: A separate €15 deposit per towel is required for use of pool towels. This will be refunded upon their return in good condition to reception.
By signing the registration form, the guest agrees to all terms outlined in these regulations.
