As a valued owner, you are entitled to additional discounts when booking extra holidays throughout the year. To secure first-price accommodation, simply use the promotion code provided below during your booking on our website.
Please note: Owner-priced rooms and apartments are intended strictly for use by members only and may not be transferred, gifted, or forwarded to others.
Good News. In 2026 we have a week 53
Owners of Weeks 52/2026 and 1/2027 should let us know their plans as soon as possible. Priority goes to those with both consecutive weeks.
If you own both Weeks 52 and 1, you can internally exchange to Week 53 at no cost.
Want to enjoy 3 consecutive weeks? Week 53 rental prices are:
- One-bed apartment: 1.260€
- Two-bed apartment: 1.820€
Other owners cannot exchange to Week 53. Please book by 30 June 2026. Any unbooked weeks will be released for general sale.
Exchange Your Week
If you cannot travel in 2026, you may request an Internal Exchange of your week(s), subject to availability and a 100€ fee per week (payable at booking).
Available exchange periods:
- 2025: Weeks 49–50
- 2026: Weeks 2–4, 16–28, 36–41, 49–51
- 2027: Weeks 2–4, 14–28, 35–41, 48–50
Exchanges are limited to check-in days (Monday, Wednesday, or Saturday) and depend on weeks deposited by other members. To offer greater flexibility, Holiday Club Canarias has added extra weeks from its own inventory. Please give at least one month’s notice.

Member Key Card
Your Special Member Key Card gives you access to exclusive discounts for you and up to six (6) guests in your party. These offers are personal to you and follow the terms and conditions provided when your card is issued.
Restaurants
10% discount on your party for orders “a la carte” (max. 6 persons), except for the restaurant at Playa Amadores.
The discount does not apply to the breakfast menu / buffet, lunch buffet, happy hour, special nights and dish of the day.
Angry Birds Activity Park
Play and launch yourself and your children into the action at the Angry Birds Activity Park in Puerto Rico at resident price with free tickets to the 10D cinema.
WiFi Premium
You now enjoy exclusive access to WiFi Premium — faster speeds, stronger connections, and seamless browsing throughout the facility. Stay connected, effortlessly. Currently only available at Puerto Calma.
Fitness centre
Complimentary access to the resort’s fitness centres — stay active, anytime during your stay. Open daily from 08:00 – 21:00 hrs. Due to the size of the Puerto Calma gym, it can only be used by guests staying at this resort.
Amenities
A complimentary welcome pack with two 1L bottles of still water, coffee and tea sachets, and condensed milk cups. Bathrobes and a free weekly kitchen set (washing liquid, cleaning cloth, scouring pad) are also provided. Receive two dishwashing tablets at check-in, with free extras available from reception to promote sustainability. Plus, at Puerto Calma, you get three free laundry and dryer tokens per week of stay.
Deposit-free
As a valued member, you benefit from added convenience and peace of mind. There’s no deposit required for the use of our special pool towels, and you’re also exempt from the standard €100 damage deposit at check-in. Enjoy your stay with fewer formalities and more comfort — just another way we thank you for being part of our family.
Parking
We are pleased to offer you access to secure, locked parking bays completely free of charge. These spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis, so while they can’t be reserved ahead of time, you’re welcome to book one at reception when you check in, securing your private space during your visit and sparing you the hassle of searching for parking nearby.
