2. Scope of Application
These terms govern every reservation made through https://www.holidayclubcanarias.com or the Mirai booking engine (hereafter “the Website”). By confirming a booking, you accept all points below.
3. Rate Types & Cancellation Policy

How we charge your card
Payments are processed via Banco Sabadell / Redsys (3-D Secure). Your card is verified at booking and charged automatically according to the rate selected.
4. Damage Deposit
A €100 hold per apartment is placed on your card at check-in to cover potential damage to the unit or resort facilities.

It is an authorisation, not an immediate debit.

The hold is released—or the payment refunded—within 7 days after departure, once the apartment passes a brief inspection.
5. Prices & Currency

All prices are shown in euros (€) and include Canary Islands IGIC (7 %) unless stated otherwise.

Rates are dynamic and may change until the booking process is completed.
6. Booking Modifications
Requests for changes must be sent in writing to [email protected]. The original rate conditions will apply to any approved change.
7. Liability & Force Majeure
Holiday Club Canarias is not liable for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control (including natural disasters, power outages, strikes, or civil unrest).

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, except where consumer regulations grant another venue.
