Book with confidence on holidayclubcanarias.com. If, within 24 hours of booking, you find a lower public rate for the same stay, we’ll match it and discount that lower rate by an additional 10%.
How it works
- Book on our official website: holidayclubcanarias.com.
- Find a lower public rate for the same room and conditions on another website.
- Submit your claim within 24 hours of booking and at least 48 hours before midnight (hotel local time) on your arrival date.
- We validate the details.
- We adjust the price: once confirmed, we’ll match the lower rate and apply an extra10% off. For prepaid bookings, the hotel will refund the difference to the same card.
Note: One valid claim per stay (consecutive nights by the same guest at the same resort).
What must match (same conditions)
To compare fairly, the lower rate (“Comparison Rate”) must be publicly bookable and exactly match:

Same resort and dates.

Same apartment/room type (size, view, amenities).

Same number of guests and same currency.

Same payment/deposit, cancellation policy and restrictions.

Still available at the time we validate your claim.
Comparisons are made excluding taxes/fees/gratuities. If our website shows prices with taxes, we will compare total cost so both offers match on a like-for-like basis. Differences due solely to rounding or currency fluctuations don’t qualify. Claims are not accepted when the difference is less than 1 EUR, 1 USD or 1 GBP (or local equivalent).
For multi-night stays, we compare the average rate over the full stay. Rates that only apply to part of the stay don’t qualify.
What’s excluded
Our Guarantee does not apply to:

Qualified/conditional discounts for specific groups or programs (e.g., associations, seniors, government, employee, loyalty).

Private offers or exclusive codes not intended for the general public (emails, coupons, members-only sites, login-only clubs).

Negotiated rates (group, corporate or group extend-the-stay).

Packages including extras (parking, flights, car rental, tickets, meals —except breakfast—, etc.).

Opaque / bidding / auction sites where brand, hotel, location or final price are hidden until purchase (e.g., Hotwire, Priceline).

Any other unpublished or private rates.
How to submit your claim

Timing: within 24 hours of booking on our site and ≥ 48 hours before your arrival.

What to include: your reservation number, the public URL of the lower rate, and timestamped screenshots showing the same conditions.

We’ll confirm by email if your claim meets the conditions. If a new confirmation number is issued for the adjusted rate, please present it at check-in.

The Guarantee is void where prohibited by law.

We may modify or discontinue this Guarantee without prior notice.

We reserve the sole right to determine claim validity, whether a rate qualifies as a Comparison Rate, and whether these terms and conditions have been met.

If you cancel a third-party booking to use this Guarantee, we won’t cover any fees or costs from that cancellation.

Any dispute related to the Guarantee will be handled individually and in line with our site terms of use.
