How far in advance should I book?
Please book your airport transfer at least 48 hours before your scheduled journey.
Where will my driver meet me?
Your driver will be waiting for you in the Arrivals Hall at Gran Canaria Airport, holding a sign with your name.
Can I request a child seat?
Yes. Child seats can be requested when completing the booking form. Please select the appropriate option for each child travelling.
How long will my driver wait at the airport?
Please enter the exact arrival time shown on your flight ticket. Your driver will normally meet you around 30 minutes after landing and will wait for up to one hour from your flight’s arrival time.
When should I book my return transfer to the airport?
We recommend scheduling your pick-up from the resort at least three hours before your flight’s departure. The journey normally takes around 45 minutes, depending on traffic.
Can I travel with large luggage or sports equipment?
Yes. Please indicate any golf bags, bicycles, baby strollers, wheelchairs or other large items when completing the form. Vehicle capacities and restrictions vary, so choose the option that best matches your luggage requirements.
What type of vehicle will be used?
The images shown in the booking form are for presentation purposes. Transfers are operated using well-maintained Mercedes-Benz-type vehicles or similar.
What happens if my flight is delayed or arrives early?
The transfer provider will do its best to adapt to changes in your arrival time. Some waiting may be necessary if your flight schedule changes, particularly during busy periods.
What happens after I complete my booking?
You will receive an email copy of your request and payment receipt. Once your transfer is confirmed, you will receive a separate confirmation from Reservas Autobuses La Palmita. If the service cannot be confirmed after payment, please contact Customer Services at [email protected] to arrange a refund.
