How do I delegate my vote?

Please complete the form below. If you have multiple weeks in different apartments, please indicate all in the respective box.  Please also include your CONTRACT numbers (at least one) – NOT your telephone number.

I hereby grant in favour of the legal representative of Holiday Club Canarias Resort Management S.L.U. the most ample powers to represent me, including the power to exercise freely the right of vote, at the meeting of the Holders of Rights Association of Club which shall take place on 6th of November 2025.

The above mentioned person is authorised to attend said meeting on my behalf and to approve the agenda of the meeting, and vote any resolution under each of the points on the agenda in the sense he may deem convenient.

Without prejudice to the agenda included in the calling, the attorney may vote as he deems appropriate in relation to any additional resolution that may be proposed at said meeting.
