General booking and cancellation terms for Holiday Club Canarias (“Holiday Club”) resorts for reservations made from 8 May 2025
Scope and special conditions.
These terms and conditions apply to accommodation bookings made by consumer customers, unless otherwise agreed in writing at the time of booking the accommodation or stated otherwise in the terms and conditions of an individual booking. The Holiday Club may update the Terms at its sole discretion, with the new Terms taking effect upon publication.
Reservation and cancellation terms for Holiday Club’s resorts.
Payment & Confirmation

Guests must provide a valid credit card to guarantee their reservation.

Accepted payment methods at our properties are Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and Visa Electron.
1. Pay at the Hotel – Flexible Rate

The credit–card details you supply serve only to guarantee the booking; no charge is made at that time.

You pay for your room and any additional services directly at the hotel upon check-in, using the payment method of your choice.
2. Online Prepayment – Non-Refundable Rate

The full amount for the room and any booked services is automatically charged to the credit card you provided at the time of booking.

By selecting this option, you expressly consent both to the reservation and its immediate confirmation.
3. Bank Transfer

Available at select hotels as an alternative to credit-card payment.

You must prepay 100 % of the total reservation amount by bank transfer to the account details we provide during the online booking process.

The transfer must be completed within 7 days of booking. If we do not receive the funds or your payment notification within this period, the reservation will be automatically cancelled.

Your reservation is confirmed only upon our receipt of the bank transfer.
4. Cash Payment at Reception
Note: Each specific service may state its own accepted payment methods.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
- You may cancel your reservation online or by phone (using the number listed on our website), following the same channel used to book.

Free cancellation is available up to 72 hours before your scheduled arrival.

Cancellations made less than 72 hours before check-in incur a charge equal to one night’s stay.

Non-Refundable Bookings: Regardless of when you cancel, the full prepaid amount is non-refundable. By booking this rate, you expressly agree to these terms.

No-Show: If you do not arrive on your check-in date, the hotel will charge the full reservation amount as a no-show fee, using the credit-card details provided at booking or—if you prepaid by bank transfer—by issuing an invoice.
In Case of Unexpected Early Departure
- If you must check out early for a verifiable medical reason, we will charge only for the nights you stayed.

You must present a valid medical certificate. Without it, no refund will be issued for the unused nights.

With a valid medical certificate:
- We will refund you for the unused nights using the original payment method.
- If the refund is processed at reception, you will be asked to sign a credit note.
- If you prepaid by bank transfer, the hotel may request payment via invoice, to which you expressly consent by accepting these terms.
General terms to be observed in promotional campaigns.
Offers apply to new bookings only, not cancelled or re-booked during the promotion. The offer price is valid during the promotion period, subject to availability, and cannot be transferred to other dates after the offer validity period or combined with other discounts and offers.
Discounted apartments and extra beds are subject to availability and may vary by date of arrival and departure. Current cancelation terms, as stated above, apply. We reserve the right to make changes.
Stay in apartments and pets.
We know that your best friend is very important to you but due to hygiene and security reasons in our resorts and apartments, pets are not allowed.

Holiday Club’s right to cancel the reservation.
Holiday Club can propose to the customer to transfer the reservation or cancel the reservation, if the reservation cannot be carried out by reasonable means at the reserved time, for example due to force majeure. If the reservation is cancelled by Holiday Club, the customer has the right to get the entire reservation fee back.
Incorrect price information.
Holiday Club has the option of refusing to confirm a booking if there is a significant and obvious error in the price shown on the website.
Customer communication related to the reservation.
Holiday Club can send accommodation-related customer communications to the contact details provided in the booking information.
Collection of personal information.
Holiday Club Canarias collects personal information from customers. Personal information is required, among other things, to confirm the accommodation reservation. Detailed information on the processing of personal data can be found on our WEBSITE.
Commentaries.
If you have any comments regarding the equipment or condition of the apartment, please contact the reception as soon as possible after the start of your holiday.
