Maintenance Fees
How to pay the Maintenance Fee
As per your contract, maintenance fees are due by the 15th of January. If you have not received yours because it might have ended up in your SPAM folder, or we do not have the correct e-mail in our database, please contact [email protected] to ask for a copy.
Payment can be made:
- Through the link you received with your invoice, or through the links below.
- Without the link, using the bank details that are stated at the bottom of the invoice.
- Call the office to make the payment by debit or credit card.
- Visit our offices in Club Puerto Calma.
Remember to quote either your customer number, or invoice number, or contract number in the Payment Details. See below invoice example

Club Puerto Calma Fitness Centre
The use of the gym at Club Puerto Calma is free of charge for Members and is open daily from 08:00-21:00 hrs. Due to the size of the gym, it can only be used by guests staying at Club Puerto Calma.
