The annual maintenance invoices have been sent.  As per your contract, maintenance fees are due by the 15th of January. However, the deadline for payment has been extended to the 29th of February 2024. If you have not received yours because it might have ended up in your SPAM folder, or we do not have the correct e-mail in our database, please contact [email protected] to ask for a copy.

Payment can be made:

1. Through the link you received with your invoice, or through the links below. If you are a multiple week owner, and have received individual invoices, you can make the payment in one transfer, including your customer number for all weeks
2. Without the link, using the bank details that are stated at the bottom of the invoice.
3. Call the office to make the payment by debit or credit card.
4. Visit our offices in Club Puerto Calma.

Remember to quote your customer and invoice number in the Payment Details. The customer and invoice number can be found on the top right of the invoice (marked in red on the invoice example).
