Maintenance Fees
How to pay the Maintenance Fee
As per your contract, maintenance fees are due by the 31st of January 2025. If you have not received yours because it might have ended up in your SPAM folder, or we do not have the correct e-mail in our database, please contact [email protected] to ask for a copy.
Payment can be made:
- Through the link you received with your invoice, or through the links below.
- Without the link, using the bank details that are stated at the bottom of the invoice.
- Call the office to make the payment by debit or credit card.
- Visit our offices in Club Puerto Calma.
Remember to quote either your customer number, or invoice number, or contract number in the Payment Details. See below invoice example

Fitness Centre
The use of the gyms are free of charge for Members and is open daily from 08:00-21:00 hrs. Due to the size of the gym at Puerto Calma, it can only be used by guests staying at this resort.
Pool Towels
No deposit required.
Deposit of 100€ at check-in to cover damages etc.

Amenities
- Free welcome pack consisting of two 1-ltr. bottles of still water, coffee and tea sachets, and condensed milk cups.
- Bathrobes.
- Free kitchen set for each week of stay, consisting of washing liquid, one cleaning cloth and one scouring pad.
- Two dishwashing tablets at check-in. Free additional diswashing tablets to be obtained from the reception (cultivating sustainability consciousness).
- Puerto Calma laundry: three tokens for the washing machine and three tokens for dryer will be given at check-in for each week of stay, free of charge.
Internal Exchange
How does it work?
If you are not able to travel in 2025 we will be able to arrange an Internal Exchange of your week(s), subject to availability and the internal exchange fee of 100€ per week, payable at time of booking.
Available dates for internal exchanges are as follows, and a minimum of one month´s notice is preferred.
- Weeks 18 – 28 / 2025
- Weeks 35 – 41 / 2025
- Weeks 49 – 50 / 2025
- Weeks 2 – 4 / 2026
- Weeks 16 – 28 / 2026
- Weeks 36 – 41 / 2026
- Weeks 49 – 51 / 2026
Internal exchanges are specific to check-in days, i.e., Monday, Wednesday, or Saturday in weeks and apartments that have been deposited internally by other holders. However, due to the limited depositing of weeks by the holders, Holiday Club Canarias has made available extra time periods from their own inventory for internal exchanges.
